I can tell that blood, sweat and tears have been a part of the design of the course and the SBT healing app. The intricate detail put into the training videos and mobile app really helps me, as a student, feel less overwhelmed. The course has thought of everything from rules and regulations for setting up sessions and legalities, to forms and documents to streamline intricate sessions, to quick guides to help new practitioners at a glance.

Straight up, this can be an overwhelming course because of the sheer intricacy of information and the twists and turns sessions involve. Healing is definitely not linear. It does create a very clean order out of the chaos that healing can entail. The SBT certification course walks students step by step, from start to finish. There is no substitute for actually getting in there and doing the work to truly learn this modality inside and out, and having such precise instruction is immensely helpful and frankly the only way I see people having success. It is that thorough.

When I get stuck or overwhelmed in a session, it is interesting how many times the course has already addressed my concerns in the next sentence, video, or screen share. I love that the course is in tune to know potential stumbling blocks students may likely face. I also really appreciate the monthly training calls. They are very helpful.

Once I got in the trenches and started on more regular sessions, I learned that just because information that comes up in the session may not make logical sense, does not mean it is not accurate. Being open and curious goes a long way. Sometimes I find that it does indeed make sense later and other times it still does not, so I just clear, transmute, and continue on. I am learning that getting too bogged down on understanding all the whys can be a hindrance to actually healing.
